Zelda 2 is actually really good if you give it a chance. The side-scroller gameplay works quite well with the game, and there are actual swordfights (Which, given when it was made, was quite impressive). As for "I am Error", that's the guy's name. There's someone later on in the game that has another odd name that fits with it, but I don't remember what
The sci-fi thing would have been cool, but i would have hoped that it would have been treated as more of a spinoff that a continuation.
To get real, maybe he has plans for Link to actually speak?

@Ord: The voice isn't always the problem, sometimes it's just the lines. I don't know how many times I've seen people complain about "You're too slow!" alone
Of course, it's not guaranteed that Link talking would end badly, I'm just saying that he works very well as a silent protagonist, and there's no real reason to make him talk
Maybe it's just me, but I really liked TP's music. I was seriously amazed when I found out that it was MIDI

-Kill off Tingle (I know he didn’t appear in TP, but still)
-Return of a boar-like Ganon
-Tetra AND Shiek appear
-Cel-shaded graphics again
-Another real instrument

I don’t really think Link should speak, just because other games have voiced protagonists doesn’t mean TLoZ should.
Things I want:
-Orchestrated music
-Something other than, “COLLECT 3 THINGS, PLOT TWIST, COLLECT 7 THINGS”
-More secrets/worthwhile sidequests(not fetch quests)
-Really good, well though out items. The spinner was cool at first, but outside of a couple dungeons, it had no use. Same with the Dominion Rod.
-Boar Ganon. Not Ganondorf. The one with the cape and trident.

Sir or Madam, dungeons are what make Zelda what it is. They and the items they house are my favorite aspect of the series…
…which is why I was so disappointed in Twilight Princess. The Dominion Rod, anyone? Oh wait, I can see this has already been touched upon.
Personally, I’d like to see more Tingle. In fact, I think Tingle should move up the ranks to Main Character status. Link, Zelda, and Ganon forever locked in battle…they need a fourth member to even out the playing field. To make it fair, I’d wager Tingle would join Ganon’s forces; with the promise of many rupees in return for service, of course. Just imagine it! The excitement! The wonderment! A bold move that would be, indeed!
