#pkhax: What it is, Why it is there, and Why Care
- What it is: #pkhax is a channel on the DynastyNet IRC network (irc.dynastynet.net) and exists right along with #radiopsi, #earthbound, and various others.
- Why is it there: #pkhax is the official PK Hack help channel! You can enter the channel at any time and ask questions as specific/complicated as you can dream up, and very likely will be answered eventually by several of the channel regulars. I won’t give names, but most in the channel are the people that have been making PK Hack happen.
- Why Care: #pkhax is a fun place to be if you’re interested in contributing something directly and in a timely matter to other people in the PK Hack forums! Trying to coordinate a project between members of a group? Come in and discuss, you might get help and great time-tested advice on whatever you’re trying to do. Trying to figure out what some control code does? Come in and ask, some (if not most) of us have been here for years, seen and experienced quite a bit. Trying to find a more constant place to hang out with those that share your (PK Hack) interests? We wouldn’t be there if it hadn’t already driven us insane long ago! (We are called the eccentric half of Starmen.net for a reason.)
In summary, drop by, we’re interested in what you’re interested in, and for god’s sakes stop running in, asking a question, and leaving before someone gets a chance to answer.
